Refund policy

Cancellations

You will receive a text message from the shipping company before your order is out for delivery. You can either confirm or cancel your order at this step, if you confirm the order and wish to return it right upon delivery, you will only be charged for the shipping fees.

Damaged or missing items

We do our utmost to ensure all our products are up to standard to meet your expectations.

In case of receiving damaged, defective or missing items, please click the button at the bottom of the page or make sure to let us know on support@lanalou.me as you will be eligible for an exchange. Our team will make sure you receive a replacement for any damaged or missing item as quickly as possible.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days if the product is still not opened and all items are in their original condition. To ensure eligibility for a return please make sure of the following:

  • Items with their packaging, seals or boxes do not look opened and are not damaged.
  • Products are not missing any tags or contents which were attached or inside the package when you received it.

If you are eligible for a return, once we receive the products, we will assess and validate all the returned items before we process a refund. If we cannot find the reason that was stated for the return, we will send the item back to you and no refund will be processed.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
